Institute for Gravitational and Subatomic Physics (GRASP)

At the Institute for Gravitational and Subatomic Physics (GRASP) we try to gain understanding of the basic constituents of matter, their interactions and the fundamental properties of space and time. With 10 scientific staff members and around 30 junior researchers the institute brings together an active group of curiosity-driven researchers in the fields of particle and astroparticle physics. Nationally we are part of Nikhef and are involved in large international collaborations like ALICE and VIRGO.
